Raised Bed Gardening

I live in zone 8, in WA, and I decided to use raised beds as my soil was very clay-heavy and full of rocks.

I love that you reused the frame work you already had! I often see things thrown out that could be used as a framework for raised beds. My only suggestion would be that if you are making a raised bed to provide a warmer climate for the roots I would have put a lot more soil in the frame(filled to the brim). I use compost to fill my raised beds and they are constantly needing be be refreshed with new material as the decaying process continues to take place.
