Plant ID forum: Name of this plant please?

My wife came home with two potted plants and asked me to wrap with wire mesh so that vines can attach. The plant has a cute lantern shaped flowers. I searched all over the web but 17 years later, we can't find the name. Please help!

What you have there is Ceropegia ampliata.
