Hello,

Is anyone able to identify this plant please? It is about two to three feet tall.

John.

Something about it reminds me of a type of VooDoo Lily, Bulbifer plant...something like that. Sorry, that's all I have for now.

Edited to add:
I found a link with a photo and information. Check here...look about 1/4 of the way down the page until you see the plant. Compare yours.

Thank you for your thoughts. We must have bought it at a store somewhere and put the pot contents into the border sometime when it didn't come to anything originally.

I agree, a Voo Doo Lily of some sort, possibly Dragon Arum (Dracunculus vulgaris)

The link is very useful. It does look as though it is very similar to that type of plant, and the stem has identical markings. Thanks again.

John, I forgot to say Welcome! to the site!

The link I provided is to our database entry for that particular Voo Doo Lily which does look like the one in you photo. Our database is a wealth of information and lovely photos!
