Whilst walking in the Tatra mountains we saw two plants of interest
A flower almost identical to a cowslip at 1600 mtres 22nd June
And a plant with berries ( approx 0.5cm red coloured) growing on the plants leaves.

Can you tell me what they could be ?

The yellow one could be Anthyllis vulneraria/Kidney Vetch.

The red growths on the leaves are galls, probably caused by insects.

Possibly an Eriophyid mite infestation on the leaves.
