Hi,
Tons of reddish tiny bugs, more today than yesterday.

What are these? Do they hurt plants? What should I do?

Thank you so much,
Sasha

They are aphids. You can try spraying them off with plain water, or if that doesn't work well enough try insecticidal soap. You will likely have to repeat the treatment.
