I am a suburban home owner in western Oregon. This year I dedicated most of my semi native back yard to pollinator plants. Milkweed, gazania, suflower, foxglove, lupine, and others rhat grow well here is western Oregon. I am hesitant to register my garden since it is so small and many in containers. Many of my plants are annual and will not reappear next spring. Anyway, in just a few weeks of bloomng we have seen a lot of bumble bees both red and yellow butted, sweat bees, mason bees, a few honey bees, humming birds, butterflies and other pollinator insects as yet identified.
Should I register this garden or wait for more flower species to be added in the next year.

@Zencat, the conversation is here:
The thread "June 19 - 25 is Pollinator Week" in Site Talk forum

and over here:

@danokra, I would think that as long as you plan to continue growing the plants for your pollinators, it wouldn't matter if they are all in containers. Here is a quote from the above link:

"...can be as simple as a pollinator window box", so yes, go ahead and register your garden!
And take lots of photos. We love to look at photos of other gardens, large or small. Hurray!
