Hi, I have a Meyer lemon tree
that I'm guessing is about 30 yrs old and the leaves look like this. I feed and water and some leaves look really good.

That's worrisome. Has Citrus Greening arrived in California? Have you seen any gnats in your tree? You might want to take some leaves to your Agricultural Extension.

I haven't heard that it is here yet, but the Ag. comes and hangs traps in my lemon tree every year. Of course they never let you know what they've found. That looks more like mite or scale damage to me. Citrus get all kinds of bugs.
