Welcome! Txtropics. It is very hard to identify a plumeria from just one picture. Growth habit, scent etc. all play a part in identification too.

It has grown to about 6 feet tall and the scent is very light, not very floral, possibly a little spicy (I currently don't have any flowers to remember precisely the scent). It doesn't put out a lot of flowers, even with Super Bloom fertilizer. I cut off a few branches since it became wider than our gate (put it in the garage to over winter). 99% of the branches that have been cut off or broke off have successfully rooted.

Maybe, and maybe not. I think it's highly unlikely. The flower shape is wrong.

Guessing at a cultivar's name is dangerous, the next person to read may say - oh that is Wave Rage, and after that it gets passed on with an incorrect name.
It is why I don't tend to identify a plumeria from a single picture, unless it's extremely distinctive.
