The plants I have are compact - no more than 18"-20" tall and are early bloomers. The anthers are very dark and look a lot like Original Love but I have no idea.

This plant came in a big-box store assorted multi-pack and I've been trying to find its cultivar. It's not commander in chief because that is a very tall plants and the anthers look almost rust colored but maybe the anthers change as the flower opens/matures. Any help is appreciated in advance - thanks!

This plant looks like Commander in Chief but it could be the same flower a few days later. The petal shape and anther color is different from Original Love but I still don't remember it being 5' tall...

'Original Love' is tall, 0.9-1.1 meters, or around 3.5 feet, give or take. The tepals are also a bit more recurved.

It is extremely difficult to ID unknown lilies in a bag because so many look very similar and every year the Dutch put out even more similar ones. So unless your unknown is is say, 'Lollipop' it is just about impossible to correctly guess the ID. From the height it would be in the dwarf/pot lily range.

Thanks, Connie. I will try to live with my No IDs and only look for named bulbs from now on Smiling I was in a rush to get bulbs in the first spring after we bought our house, so I can move these to another location.

Thanks again for the help!
