What kind of Hydrangea? Can i change it's color like other varietals?

It looks like it may be a type of Smooth Hydrangea (Hydrangea arborescens)
possibly the popular Smooth Hydrangea (Hydrangea arborescens 'Annabelle')
so no, they don't change color.
