Plant ID forum: What is this flower? Daisy family?

A friend said her grandfather planted this last year here in Texas, but now doesn't remember what it was and is asking around for help to ID. The leaves look very much like a daisy leaf, but my Google search has not revealed any petals with the orange on the yellow.
