Also watching the fire news. I have family in Sacramento area so I tend to watch that stuff closely.

We have more snow coming tomorrow night but only a dusting at the most. Just when the roads are finally getting decent.... Sighing!

Just ran out to check the mail and remembered I had snow built up on my front tires. I grabbed a t post and knocked some of that off. Need more off but it's better than it was. If I can grab a maintenance guy tomorrow I may ask them to knock more off for me if not swamped. I was just diagnosed with bronchitis this morning so now working on killing that. This cold air makes my cough worse so just did it good enough.

ARRHH, Bronchitis, had that OFTEN up to age 13, nasty stuff.
In the past 20 years I had it twice, and the misery is like riding a bicycle, you never forget what it was like in the past. Blinking

I've had it once before that I know of. When I started wheezing then I knew it was serious and either bronchitis or pneumonia but since my lungs didn't hurt, just the ribs I figured probably bronchitis and I was right. Should be all good before end of weekend I'm hoping.

More snow on the way but not much. Just enough to make roads either passable again or a frigging mess again. Depends on the road. Rolling my eyes.

It started snowing last night but not sure how much we got. Roads pretreated and salted here and supposedly since the storm as well but not seeing much melting going on from it.

We got about 3/4 of an inch this morning starting around 7:00. Looking like another small storm coming down from the North later today, then we are supposed to get under an inch tomorrow.

Started out at 18 this morning. We've warmed to 21. Not sure if we'll get anything from the next storm.

Ended up with a couple inches or so of snow and it really made a mess of things. I couldn't see the tracks very well in the driveway because they got snowed over pretty good so I ended up too far on one side and messed up my turn out. Ended up in the ditch and couldn't get out so my dad had to get the tractor out. While waiting on him I let a couple coworkers know I would be late and found out that only a few people made it in and one was stuck in his driveway. That one also fell and twisted his bad so I told him to call in because there wasn't many people in and it wasn't worth it. I also called in after all that. Just wasn't worth the hassle and the highway off my road is still a mess then the highway I work off of always has issues so it just wasn't worth trying at that point. For being a fluffy snow it was slick!!

I'm still fighting my cough but it's not as bad and is slowly getting better. It's making it hard to get stuff done outside that needs done in this snow but I do what I can and call it quits on the rest. I need to clean my wheel wells but that takes too much out of me in the cold so will just uncover the paths again and call it good out there.

The temp here got up to 32° today, the snow is mostly gone off the garden again and only a very light covering elsewhere. (Looks like we might get a couple of inches of snow tomorrow.) Finally put my Christmas decorations away Whistling .

Oh geez - now I have to admit that I still have to put the artificial tree away (the ornaments have been packed away already), as well as the "Christmas village" stuff...
Rolling on the floor laughing (I do normally leave the village up for a while but for whatever reason I am pretty much ready to be done with it all right now!)

24 / -1 mostly cloudy, picked up another 1" of snow last night.
Took another zoo walk today, the outdoor animals seemed to be very active today.

Got above freezing today but dropping to single digits overnight and won't get above freezing again until later in the week. Right now looking at rain on Fri and rain or snow on Sat. Glad for the moisture so trying not to complain but I'd like clear or at least snow packed roads that can easily be driven on. Sighing!

Our temp was in the low 30s all day, got a couple of inches of snow - and the Weather Channel had a "winter weather advisory" for us on their website; they must be pretty hard up for news if they think we need an advisory for this kind of weather!

On the other hand - I'm ticked off by our township water system (or, more accurately, those who are managing it); we've noticed a drop in pressure a couple of times recently, and when I was making supper tonight the pressure was really low. Fearing we were going to lose it altogether I filled up a few containers (slowly), then checked the township website and we have apparently been under a "boil water advisory" since around the 1st of the month. What the heck - we never received any sort of notification, nothing in the local newspaper or whatever... and there are only about 200 customers so you would think they could contact us one way or another?? Apparently they have now added chlorine to the system ... which we have never had in the past. Sticking tongue out
