Hurray! I just caught RICH putting up his first seeds of the season. I got the first bid of the season, so excited. Alot easier to look at five crosses, than the thousands it will grow too. nodding

I also harvested my first pod today, so fullfilling.

Those seeds will grow to the thousands, is so funny just to see the beginning.. 11 auctions, but so fun to have caught it.

I dont know if you do seeds Ginny, but far and away, overall, I would say Rich is the biggest $ getter. Fun to watch when it gets going. Not to say others...AHEAD ( Steve) cant get some pretty good auctions going ;-). Lots of good sellers

Most of my seeds that I planted this spring came from Fred. Cnt wait to see them. He just happened to have some really cool stuff last year, and I was lucky to get on some.

Yes, RICH and Steve always offer great crosses, but I already have bought seeds from both of them (and uhh... 'several' others Whistling ) that I haven't all planted! Hilarious!

I actually have 1 seedling from Steve blooming at this moment:
Thumb of 2017-07-02/Mayo62/b73be4

and 3 from RICH:

My garden at home is tiny, as I live in a big city!
The photo's I added in my other post are showing my allotment :-)

James is on the lookout!! Thanks for the head's up!

Pam.....I agree with you, Rich is in a class by himself. Well earned!! And who could forget James?? Not me!! He has more deals and co-buys and mischief going than anybody I know!! Just when I thought I might be slowing down, James and Peter come along and throw my "focus/rut" out the window....lol. Now I'm bearded, speckled, spotted, striped and stippled. Sounds like I need an ointment. Rolling on the floor laughing

Mayo...love your seedlings, and see there is a whole bunch of topics dealing with seedlings I should check out! Very little time to post, but I will tease that I will be selling again this year, my 15th year. Did you know Rich used to buy seeds from me before he started selling on his own. Yes, I am that old!!

Always makes me a little nervous to see my name mentioned any place. Thanks for being kind!!

Now that you mention it. Everybody does have different packaging methods. Cant remember who lines them all up. Love that.

Praise be! I know this sounds weird, but thank goodness I lost all my auctions. I got carried away I thought with my high bid, and I really didnt want to load up. I just wanted to get the bidding kicked off for the season. Im really trying hard not to pay over 20 bucks for 5 seeds this year.

Good luck to the seed sellers, looks like things are picking up where they left off.

Steve,
Do you know if the daylily import ban to Europe applies to seeds as well as the actual plants?

I am in the UK and can't seem to find any info anywhere.
