|Greetings, last November my yucca got stem rot. Most of the leaves fell off, the roots were all red and the top 20 percent of the trunk was clearly rotting from the inside. I thought it was dead but I just noticed that about 75 percent up the trunk in four places leaves are bursting out of the trunk! What should I do? Cut the rotten top part completely off? Thanks everyone!

|I would wait until it stops growing new branches.
