I have a Acidanthera plant in a container and the leaves are slowly starting to sag rather than staying upright. Not all are, just some. Do I cut those or leave them and let them sag? What could be the cause? This is my first year attempting to grow anything so I'm pretty new to all of this!

Welcome!

I don't think your Acidanthera has a problem. You have to expect leaves to bend or droop once in awhile. Its the charm of growing a live plant - they are ever changing.
Life is not a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and proclaiming...."WOW What a Ride!!" -Mark Frost
