and yet here I sit chatting!

I have bread set, and my iron just turned its self off in disgust because I'm playing on the computer. Today, I hope to get a housecoat done for eldest GD, and the fabric painted for a lined vest for the same kid. I baked some cookies yesterday and may sneak a batch in today. Sometime this week, I - no, WE - need to go to town for some quick shopping. Saturday, my family will be here for Christmas Eve dinner. This will be the first major holiday since the deaths last spring, but I think we are all ready for it.

We had a nice little snow over the weekend, but it's supposed to rain today - : PPPPP - oh well, more snow forecast for later in the week.
