It appears to be a type of Bromeliad.

There isn't enough info in this picture to give you an exact name.

I agree with Hetty it is a Bromeliad and a Id from the photo would only be a wild guess. It looks like the mother plant has flowered recently, do you have a photo of the flower? Flower photo will help on ID. Do not fret the mother plant dies off, the offshoots (pups) will give you new plants. Are the leaf edges smooth or do they have spines?

Rather than wait for other opinions, it would be best to wait for your plant to bloom and post images of the blooms here on this thread. We can give you a more exact answer once we see the blooms. Thank You!

Instead of screaming at people trying to help you, it might good to say thank you for the efforts made so far.

Some sort of Bromeliad
Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shewn, that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed.

I will take a wild stab and say it is a Aechmea Bromeliad. That is going by pictured growth habit and the look of the cut off flower stalk.
The Aechmea group has quite a few green spineless leaf named varieties, but the future flower holds the key.
I have many Bromeliads in my garden that I have no names on, but I grow and enjoy them for what they are not who they are.
Take care and enjoy your new Bromeliad and it will reward you.
Edit: One of your photos shows a little red coloring on the leaf. Ease these plants in more sun growing conditions to see if it will obtain more red in the leaves. You may also want to cut out the plant that has flowered below its lowest leaf to make room for the growing pups.

Just a note here...Arad is located in Romania and English may well not be FearLessGreen's first language.

Our comments may be misconstrued just as FearLessGreen's words may be misunderstood by us.

I would kindly suggest that we all try to give our best guesses then we should all wait for the plant to bloom. When we see the bloom maybe we can fine tune our answers. Thumbs up

Based on the dried flower stalk, I'd guess either some variety of Vriesea or Guzmania. Leaning towards Vriesea because most of the more common Guzmania varieties have longer leaves.
