Plant ID forum: What plant/flowers is this?

It's right outside the parking area at my workplace, I even posted pics in an app to see what type of plant is this and I paid money yet they couldn't tell. Notice the picture the stems are red and the leafs are green, kinda pointy but not round like parsley. Another thing, look at the pictures of the flowers, the flowers are teeny tinnier than my thumb finger nail, also when I tried picking a stem trying to get a good picture strangely the stem was watery sap sticky but then dries and felt little peppery stings and then gone.

Look at Spermacoce species known to be in your area.
