You can cook Sow Thistles with pickles but, since you have not yet identified your particular thistle, I would hold off cooking anything for now. It's a good idea to know exactly what a plant is before you consume it. Better safe than sorry. Thumbs up

And yes, it's a different question but it would be best to keep everything together on one thread so others can follow along, see all the images, read the responses that you have received, etc.
