Photo albums with plastic pockets are the perfect place to store those envelopes. Just write the name on the envelope and it'll show through the plastic.

Would a Michael's or similar hobby store have such small paper bags and containers? I like the idea of storing in refrigerator, keeps them where you can see them, keeps everything simple. Very good article.

Office supply stores have them. Out here, it's Staples.
