So I have an apartment manager that is using a flamer for weed control.

Question is: would you use it to weed eat around a electrical transformer that feeds the apartment buildings? And I mean the grass is burnt off tight to the transformer. I'm a little scared, he's not the brightest bulb in the box.

Thanks

Call your local utility company and ask them to inspect it. Nobody here is qualified to answer questions about fire around utility lines.
