Oooh..too many in one go!
Far better to do one plant at a time per thread....add pics to show whole plant/good close up of the flowers and good close up of the leaves.
Then if there is any lengthy discussion on id it doesn't get too messy.
Start a fresh thread for each plant.

1. Rosa sp ...a rose.
2. Lathyrus...everlasting sweet pea.
3. Cordyline australis...maybe one called Red Star.
4. Rosa..a rose.
5. Hemerocallis.
6. ?
7. Anthurium
8. Rosa.
9.. Tulipa..a tulip.
10. Canna lly.
11. Impatiens sp.
12. Tulipa.
13. Maybe Ornithogalum sp.
14. Verbena sp.
15.Something in Malvaceae. What do the leaves look like?

Maybe....Malva moschata?

16. Ditto above
17. Bit blurred. Maybe Pelargonium?
18. Ditto above.
19. Rosa.
20. Not clear...possibly Lavender. What are the leaves like?
Try crushing a leaf ..does it have a strong scent?
21. Rosa.
22. Rosa.
23.Dianthus.

I think #10 is a banana, not canna..
When counting, try not to mix chickens with blessings.
