Welcome!

Most apples have pink buds that open to white flowers. I don't know of any regular eating apples with flowers that stay pink but there are a lot of pink blooming crabapples (some are edible).

I had an apple tree in California called Pink Pearl. It had pink flowers and pink flesh. Fun! My kids loved it. I don't know how successful you will be at finding it as it was developed in Northern California and is not widely known, even here.
Life is not a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and proclaiming...."WOW What a Ride!!" -Mark Frost

Go to the database and search for 'malus' which will bring up all the apples in the database. From there you can look at the photos, or do a secondary search for 'pink' flowers. Bramley's Seedling looks like it keeps its pink tone, and as noted by Daisy, lots of crabapples have pink flowers. Good luck!
