My family and I moved into a new house last summer and this spring has been our last season of new yard surprises. I have many questions about plant identification, but the one on my mind right now is regarding a perennial that is apparently non-flowering. These plants were about a third of their current size last year. This season they have shot up like crazy! We have had a lot of rain in the past few months. I have no idea what they are, so I can't look up how to care for them. There are four in total, planted purposefully as part of the front landscaping.

Thanks! It must have been brand new last year. We took possession of the house at the end of July 2016 and I never saw any flowers. Something more to look forward to ! Smiling
