Hi all,

New here from Australia. Great info in these forums.

I wanted to share my 'NOID' Sempervivum not because I am looking for an ID but because I like it.
Actually I like all Sempervivums; doesn't everybody?

This is one of the largests individuals I grew. My foot for scale.

This was the first Sempervivum I got many years ago which got me really interested in this group.

I live in Canberra Australia where our weather seem to suit the Sempervivums quite well. Currently I am trying to get my hands on any cultivars I can find. Big Grin

What a lovely semp you have Serkan. Color, form and production are wonderful.
I was so busy looking at your photos I forgot to welcome you.
Welcome! Serkan to NGA. So glad you found your way here.
It is very difficult to bring plants into Australia. But I think seeds would be okay. Sempervivum seeds are very easy to grow. If you were sent a nice mix of seeds you could grow some very pretty semps.
Here is a thread sharing information on growing from seed.

@crawgarden Rj, nice semps photos. Is that creeping jenny growing with the semps? Makes for nice contrast in color, form and texture.

Yes Lynn, that is creeping jenny, I like different forms and textures in my garden! The other half would say to many forms and textures.

I'm in your camp Rj. I started some years ago adding different types of plants to my raised beds. Plants that will grow in the same conditions as the semps. I love all the different forms, textures and colors.
