A few of these have popped up in my garden and I don't know if there are weeds or something that I planted at some point and forgot about!

It is a solanum of some kind.
It could be Common Nightshade (Solanum americanum) but may be another kind.
The birds like to plant these for us.
You can either let it grow so the birds can eat the berries or call it a weed and rip it out. Your choice.
