I brought this plant a couple of weeks ago and it had no care sheet or information on it. Please can anyone help me identify my plant? If you know how to care for it, can you please give me care information. Thank you.

Yes, you have a little start of Sansevieria or Snake Plant. Here's a picture of an adult plant from our database:


It needs to be planted in a proper pot with good drainage, and use cactus mix (a grainy type of potting soil) for it because it likes to dry out completely between waterings. If you keep it for very long in that jar, it will surely rot and die.
