I have forgotten how to add plants from my plant list to another category in the plant list?

Also, trying to add new Lilium to my plant list, but it's listed separately, not with Liliam?

Hi Louise --

to add more categories to a plant in your list, go to the plant that you want to add the additional categories to, click on the "edit" icon (looks like a pencil, under "actions" over on the left-hand side of the screen); under "additional details" scroll down to the categories list and check any that you want to add to that plant.

What Lilium are you trying to add to your list?

I think you might just be making a spelling error when you search for the lilies in question --

I didn't check for all of them, but searching the DB for "lily pink flight" (without putting the quotation marks in my search entry) took me here: Lily (Lilium 'Pink Flight')

and searching "lily valverde" gave me https://garden.org/plants/sear...

so, at least some on your list are already in the database.

It seems to be best to enter less, rather than more, information when doing a search in the DB -- for instance, instead of typing Lilium 'Pink Flight', just type lily pink flight.

Hope that helps -- if not, you can always get help from the real database experts here: https://garden.org/forums/view...

Thank you again. The no quotes work if the plant is in the data base. Louise
