Does anyone know what this plant is? It is the only one that I know of growing in any of my gardens.
Thumb of 2017-07-12/gardenglassgems/6ef5ac

Also is this an Evening Primrose? It is a volunteer and is in my raised flower bed garden growing up from the wood mulch.

I almost forgot this plant. It came from one of my winter sown jugs. Wondering if it is a good flower or a weed.

#1 Do the leaves fold when touched? It may be Sensitive Plant (Mimosa pudica)
https://biology.uiowa.edu/faci...
It also reminds me of Senna. One found in Iowa is Southern wild senna (Senna marilandica)

@2 Flowers look a lot like Pink Evening Primrose (Oenothera speciosa) but I'm not sure about the leaves.

#3, #4 Pretty, but I'm not sure of the species. The blooms remind me of Nicotianas (Nicotiana)

3 and 4 are some Nicotiana. Like Lin, I don't know which one it is.

Number 1 looks like gleditsia.
Do you have any honey locust near by?

I'd keep it around, at least until a positive id.
Those legumes add nitrogen to the soil, and... If it is a gleditsia, I'd try to find a home for it.

Incidentally, gleditsia is considered a living anachronism, one of a list of plants that outlived their animal dispersal agents.

So.... Bonus points for cool factor!

WOW! Thank you all so much. I do believe that the one is a Pink Evening Primrose. I also believe that the other is a Nicotiana since I think I did winter sow it. I will have to smell it and see if it is fragrant.

As for the first one pictured, I am going to protect it and let it grow just to see what it turns into.

I really appreciate your help in identifying my plants. I am not very good at labeling or remembering what I plant.

You all are great gardeners. Hurray! Hurray!

Thanks all. Do you think that a bird planted it here? Is it something that I would want to have growing here?

Honey Locust is a very pretty tree; there are apprantely thornless varieties around but if your seedling is the one with those awful thorns, I'd be sure it's planted away from foot traffic or where children might play.
