Plant ID forum: Yet another new weed

The plant is about 2' high and has these 1" pale yellow flowers that hang on the underside of it. You can see small flower buds from the top of the leaves. I had a hard time trying to get a photo of the flowers since it was just "aim up, guess and shoot" and hope to catch one, so the pics aren't very good, but hopefully the flower is distinctive enough for an ID.

It's a Physalis, probably Physalis heterophylla.

It will eventually bear little groundcherries if you let it.

When I lived in Kentucky there was a whole vacant lot of these things that had gone feral that attracted robins, raccoons, squirrels, and people.
