Agree with porkpal: be generous with images and information in order to induce instantaneous identification...

Barring that - it reminds me of a Purpleleaf Plum - Prunus cerasifera.

I took these pics this spring There were few pink flowers
Did not flower much We moved in to this house summer if 2015 It did have any flowers last year and I was surprised to see tiny flowers this year Reddish brown leaves and I will take more pics of leaves and post them
