|Last Friday was my second anniversary as a member of this forum. I met lots of new acquaintances and fostered several new friendships. I learned a bunch and was introduced to hundreds of new hems.
However, as a looked at my profile I noticed a discrepancy that is just not right. I have acquired some 2,600 or so thumbs and have given fewer than a hundred. This is not a reflection of disdain for other posts, it's simply lack of attention on my part.
With all of the great photos, touching stories, funny tales, great tips, and friendly conversation, I have given fewer than a hundred thumbs. Just call me Scrooge Mc Daylily.
So here are 2,500 thumbs for those of you who got cheated out of appropriate recognition.
I'm not going to make it am I?
To achieve great things, two things are needed: a plan and not quite enough time.

Your not alone, I often forget to thumbs up posts. I don't use Facebook, or other social media outlets, so it's a new concept for me. I never thought about people getting offended, by lack of thumbs ups. Does this really happen?
I hope, I have not offended anyone, with my forgetfulness. I enjoy the conversations, and knowledge that's shared here, by fellow daylily fanatics. I appreciate everyone that contributes to the conversations, and enabling here.
Have a Blessed Day!

|Charley congrats on 2 years My one year anniversary was June 24. Can't believe how much I enjoy everyone. People don't understand how you can get to know and care about people you've never met. And I've learned so much! And I've found a lot of enablers

|@Scatterbrain. Acorns are to give as tips (for a great post or question answered, or a gorgeous series of blooms, or a funny story that makes you snort something out your nose). And you can also buy "not-a-raffle" raffle tickets with acorn... Or buy the badges that you see on the right hand side of a poster's ID box thingy...

|Scatterbrain - Here is the link to this month's raffle, though if you live outside the USA, the raffle may not be beneficial to you. https://garden.org/ideas/view/...
But as Diana stated, you could use the acorns to get badges or tip others:

Charley - Glad you are feeling better! Happy 2nd Anniversary! I didn't start using thumbs-ups much during my first year or so, but have since started using them for any posts I like. The I've given have multiplied exponentially.
