live in villa and association sprayed for weeds on windy day. last year they killed lower leaves on dogwood bushes but they came back this year. Have a dozen sedum and all fine except one which is opening up in center and flower pods look slightly wilted and different. was fine before spraying. Could something else be going on or is it likely that wind took spray on plant? it was just fine before the spraying two days ago. Thank you very much .

Sounds like a spray problem to me.
If you know they are going to spray again, go out and hose the plants down immediately after their spraying. This should remove any that might have landed on your plants. You would have to hose them thoroughly.
Hope you are able to save your sedum.

I agree
Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shewn, that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed.

Better yet, If you know in advance that they are going to spray, go out and cover your plants with newspaper, an old sheet, anything to keep the spray off.
