Good afternoon. I live in Michigan. This shrub is up near the garage. It starts out in the spring with white flowers, 4 petals. Later in the season the flowers change to pink. There are no fruits/berries etc. The flies LOVE it. At any given time, there's a dozen or more flies on it.

Any idea what it is??

A photo would be helpful! Welcome!
Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shewn, that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed.
