Lemon juice works really well to remove dark stains from hands after deadheading.

I began using the thin surgical gloves a few years ago and they work great. You just peel them off and discard when finished. I usually live head each evening, so it's not quite as messy.

With all of the rain we have had, all of my purples and reds have been a staining mess when I go to deadhead.

I looked down at my foot the other day and thought I had a huge bruise on my foot.... it was that perfect purplish yucky color. Didn't have any pain there for how it looked. Investigated a bit further and realized that it was just daylily juice!!!! Rolling on the floor laughing Rolling on the floor laughing Rolling on the floor laughing
