After trying to id this flower that I thought was a Peony, I'm stumped. It doesn't have the seed pod I see in pics. The seeds from this plant are tiny and black and are in a pod type structure that reminds me of a salt shaker. I'm new to plants so excuse me if this is a common flower. Newbie here :)

The perennial poppies have fuzzy soft leaves.
The annual peony poppies have leaves which are smooth and more like lettuce.
