This is a clipping I took from a friend's plant. The plant was in a hanging basket indoors and was very full and vine-like. However, the stems feel more hardy than other vines like philodendrons and the leaves are small, fuzzy, and very light green. Right now it is about 8" tall. Thanks for the help!

Yes, red flowers. I looked up lipstick plant, and it has to be a match.
Thank you so much for your help, Tofi!

Does it ever flower? It reminds me slightly of Aeschynanthus sp, the lipstick plant. There are cultivars that are bit reluctant to flower if conditions are not right, but if it flowers, it will be easier to ID.
