Muffin it is always worth it! As far as I'm concerned nothing is as exciting as seeing your babies flower for the first time.
I had a couple bloom for the first time this year myself. And I'm waiting on two late seedlings to bloom also. Makes getting up an hour earlier to do crosses worth it!
I've only had 10 seedlings bloom since I started hybridizing. Next year I should have loads more! I don't have much space and can't keep all of them but that isn't stopping me!
