yet another ID please - it grows on shores of lake balaton, Hungary but no-one in my circle of friends knows what it is. Any ideas? Have only seen it in flower, no idea what its seed-head is like.

The leaves look like a sage/salvia, but not the flowers, but they are beautiful.
