Well Phillip, if I were going to plant a winter garden, I guess it would have to be Snow Peas or maybe icicle radishes! I do envy you lucky ones who live in a climate mild enough for year round gardening though, and love to read about what it's like to have that 4th season in the garden. I don't like being outside much when it starts getting too cold. (Especially the older I get.)
More costumes, less uniforms!

Howdy there, Lauri 😁
Snow Peas ! Yes ! My favorite 😜 !
I've got a row open right now, just awaiting for them. I'll plant them in September. By then, i should have somemore room, to put in some root crops and greens.

18 % f, is coldest, its gotten hear, in my life time. Everything's comes threw like champs. I don't really know how much cold, they can take.

All ! I know ! Is ! That, during winter, on days that the sun comes out ! Dogged ! You can see them growing !😁!
