I'm having some issues with these bugs. Can anyone tell me what they are and possibly how to get rid of them, they are eating my peaches!

Welcome!

They're Japanese beetles. Good picture of them! Unfortunately getting rid of them is difficult. One suggestion I've heard of is to go to where they are congregated first thing in the morning (insects tend to be dopey when it's cool) and knock them off into a bucket of soapy water. The larvae are one of several kinds of "white grubs" that damage turf. Others may give you some suggestions, I've seen them locally so know what they look like but don't have them in my garden thankfully (yet!).
