Plant ID forum: Identifying a Plant that has suddenly appeared in my garden

This plant is approximately 60cm tall. Very straight stem, with a bunch of large leaves on the top. Stem, or stalk, is very straight and camorflarged, light green and dark green. To date it has shown no sign of flowers or fruit.
