I usually stick to tomatoes and peppers because they pretty much grow themselves. I totally don't remember what this is. I do know it was a last minute toss into the garden thinking it wouldn't survive. I am a novice at gardening so I would like some help identifying it. Thank you!

It looks like cauliflower maybe. Broccoli has darker leaves, and cabbage usually grows a head by the time it's this size, so cauliflower is my best guess! Here's a picture of cauliflower leaves so you can compare, but they look the same to me.
