Can anyone identify these white bumps on the bay leaf tree? Thank you.

Try blasting them off with a hose nozzel.

The tree is HUGE, so this might not be the best option. I'd like to know what pest or disease is. Thanks.

meally bugs. Thrips. Maybe insect eggs. Get you a sidewalk hose nozzle. It is cone shaped. With a small less than peincil size hole at tip. They spray 30 feet plus.

Maybe you could scrape a few off to a dark paper and send close up. Using a magnifying glass. And also let us know if they have hard shell or soft.
