So, I came home tonight to find what I thought was a beetle on a post on my porch. Well, a couple of hours later, this is what I found. I believe it is a cicada, but I'm not sure what kind. I live in southwest Alabama. I have no clue why this sparked such a interest in me, but I'm curious! Thanks everyone!
