Look at Gypsophila genus for possible candidates.

I think that's right. It looks like the Baby's Breath used in wedding bouquets.

Gypsophylla.. The double forms are commonly used in the floral trade, but this is a lovely single.
When counting, try not to mix chickens with blessings.
