I bought a plumeria plant in 2013 in Nevada...on our way back to Edmonton Alberta Canada, It seems that this PLANT wants to grow leaves only and has not flowered yet! It now faces west on the second floor in our big window bathroom. I've done everything possible fertilize with Miracle- Gro with a higher phosphate and it still does not grow flowers. There is no bugs because I know that! and was told to use not to much fertilizer and know I use more as of this week so what is the problem with this small tree is almost 4 feet tall... So tell me what can I do ?

dalyndyer, Welcome!

A plumeria is a tropical tree and really requires tropical sun and heat to perform at its best. Many people grow them successfully outside of the tropics, though, but you might need to supply additional heat and light.

Needs full sun. Put it outside during the warm weather where it can get the proper amount of sun. Will have to be brought in during the cold months.
