Hi, I have a Sonic Pink plant that has been growing well and has been overall healthy. The last week or so I've noticed the leaves seeming to be more dried up and with a weird loss of color in them. Wasn't sure if it was lack of water or not but took a closer look and actually saw tiny black bugs crawling! You can see in the photo. Sighing!

Would appreciate any help in identifying the bugs and advice and how to treat this! Thanks!

It's a little hard to see them clearly, but they look like they could be thrips. Compare with these Google images:
