The second one looks more like Baptisia than Lupine. Here's a lupine emerging - note the amount of leaflets:

I bought from aliexpress I wont buy any seed from aliexpress anymore.

That "NEW" bloom should have raised a red flag. You are definitely wise to avoid that seller.

Yes, they are notorious for selling bogus seeds.
