Probably not A. macrorrhizos. Mature mac leaves usually have a naked sinus down to the petiole. Your plants leaves have a bit of lamina at the petiole junction, weakly peltate. It looks a lot like Upright Elephant Ear (Alocasia 'Calidora') but possibly Giant Upright Elephant Ear (Alocasia odora)
Do your plants produce short stolons? Macs don't, the offsets grow directly out of the stem.

I got it a few yrs ago in trade as a very small bulb. It may not be ready to offset yet. I think I will move it back a bit in the spring because it's gotten so big. If so, I will continue the quest for ID beyond genus level with some pics of the naked bulb & any offsets.
